How it works
Everything before the meeting, done for you
Outreach is live within three weeks of signing. You approve every message, and you hear from us every Friday.
Agree your targets
A 45-minute call on the sectors, regions and roles you want to win, and the companies you already work with.
Find hiring companies
We track live job adverts to build a fresh list of companies that are recruiting, with the right contact at each.
Reach out in your name
Short, personal emails and LinkedIn messages from dedicated inboxes, so your main email is never put at risk.
Book the meeting
We handle replies and follow-ups, and put interested prospects straight into your calendar.
Qualified meetings
You only pay for meetings that meet the standard
Before any outreach starts, we agree in writing what counts as a qualified meeting. If a meeting misses the standard, you can dispute it within 48 hours and you won't be charged.

Our promise
Clear, careful and fully transparent
Hiring companies only
Every prospect has advertised a relevant role recently. No cold lists of random businesses.
Your voice, your approval
Nothing goes out in your name until you have read and approved it.
A report every Friday
What was sent, who replied and what was booked, with next week's plan.
Compliance first
All outreach follows UK GDPR and PECR, with a clear opt-out in every email.
About the founder
Hi, I'm Sally Bittaye
I've spent my career in telecoms, first with global technology companies including Nortel and Siemens, and then in regulatory affairs, working with regulators and government on licensing, compliance and policy. It's work where the details matter, reputations are on the line, and you only get results by being thorough and trustworthy.
Throughout my career I've seen that the best business comes from the right introduction, at the right time, from someone you trust. I started Amanah Intro to do exactly that for recruitment agency owners: we find the companies that are hiring and open the door, so you can focus on placing great people.
"Amanah" means trust. It's the standard we hold ourselves to, and how we treat every agency we represent.

Founding clients
We're taking on three founding agencies
Founding clients get a two-month pilot with a small set-up fee and no monthly retainer. You pay only for qualified meetings. It's the lowest-risk way to see what a steady flow of new client meetings does for your agency.

How we handle personal data
Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
Amanah Intro is run by Sally Bittaye, who is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: hello@amanahintro.com.
What we collect
For our outreach we collect business contact details of people at UK companies: name, job title, company, work email address, business phone number and LinkedIn profile. We get these from public sources such as company websites, job adverts, Companies House and LinkedIn, and from business data providers. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
If you contact us or become a client, we also keep your messages and the details needed to work with you.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We contact people at businesses about services relevant to their role, and book meetings on behalf of our recruitment agency clients. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Every email includes a simple way to opt out, and we stop contacting you as soon as you ask.
Who we share it with
When you agree to a meeting, we share your contact details with the recruitment agency you will be meeting. We also use trusted service providers to run our business, such as email, data and outreach software. We never sell personal data.
Where it is processed
Some of our service providers and team are based outside the UK. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If you do not respond to our outreach, we delete your details within 12 months. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to us using it. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
